Refund policy

At Dhaga, every pair is handcrafted and a standard quality is maintained. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist yo.

Exchange Policy:

  1. Provide your order Id or invoice when requesting for an exchange.
  2. If the footwear doesn’t fit as expected, you can exchange it with the correct size. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges associated with the exchange.
  3. Kindly note once the footwear is received, we will do a Quality Check before proceeding further.
  4. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desire design is unavailable we will offer you an alternative or we will give you a credit note.
  5. Please note the exchange policy is only applicable for Domestic orders, for international orders we do not accept any returns or exchange
  6. For approved exchanges, the product will be delivered within 7 -1 0 working days.
  7. Incase of return, the customer would have to raise a request within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable items:

 Custom Orders: Customized or made to order footwear cannot be returned or exchanged     unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  3. Customers are responsible for providing shipping label to ensure the items reaches Dhaga warehouse safely

Damaged or Defective 

  1. If you receive a damaged or defective product please contact us immediately with photos.
  2. We will arrange the replacement

For approved returns the replacement product will be delivered within 7 -10 working days. 

Refund Policy

 All sales are absolute, we don’t provide refunds. We  only provide replacement against returns.
